What you will do

• Create diverse lead generation content including ebooks, checklists, and market reports.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO and GEO objectives.
• Generate innovative content formats such as AI-driven content, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
• Write and update content for landing pages, newsletters, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with local digital, sales, and product teams to ensure clear and compelling marketing messages.
• Track page views, engagement, and content usage using analytics tools and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content writing or digital marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS or HRTech industry.
• English high (C1) and Spanish native (C2) language proficiency.
• Experience with SEO optimization and transitioning from paid to organic lead acquisition.
• Analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data to support decisions.
