TL;DR

BDR Enablement Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for Business Development Representatives to accelerate pipeline generation with an accent on sales methodologies and coaching. Focus on optimizing ramp time, creating enablement content, and improving BDR productivity through data-driven interventions.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London and attend the office at least two days per week

What you will do

  • Own and deliver onboarding for new BDRs, including role plays, certifications, and product demos.
  • Provide regular call coaching, feedback, and workshops on advanced sales skills and product positioning.
  • Create and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, scripts, objection guides, and demo frameworks.
  • Partner with BDR managers, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to align enablement with GTM goals.
  • Track enablement impact on ramp time and productivity using analytics to identify skill gaps.

Requirements

  • Experience in BDR/SDR enablement, sales management, or as a senior BDR/SDR, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding and training programs.
  • Strong understanding of BDR workflows, sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong), and methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure enablement effectiveness.
  • Technical acumen in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.
