What you will do

• Execute periodic controls and validate AFC-related features and developments in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Identify, assess, and map gaps within AFC compliance processes, systems, and controls.
• Raise, track, and follow up on remediation actions to ensure findings are addressed and documented.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and maintain program documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary AFC compliance enhancements.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate structured data into risk-based recommendations.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria.
• Knowledge of Compliance, AML, KYC, or Sanctions Screening is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL or other programming languages.
• Professional proficiency in German.
