What you will do
- Conduct independent online research on U.S. properties using Google Maps and AI tools.
- Generate energy savings estimates based on internal criteria.
- Design professional brochures including building specs and property visuals.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to extract essential data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent output.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brochure design, property research, or construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop.
- Strong skills in using public records and property databases.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
