What you will do

• Design high-performing visuals for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
• Create digital assets for web banners and landing pages optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Translate campaign ideas into compelling visual concepts with variations for A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align designs with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining organized asset libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital asset creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience designing specifically for social media and paid advertising.
• Ability to work during U.S. Client Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Figma and Canva.
• Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Experience working directly with performance marketing teams.
