Location: Must be based in Brazil, Costa Rica, or Mexico and available during Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

  • Design high-converting static ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta.
  • Translate campaign briefs and messaging frameworks into compelling visual concepts.
  • Produce multiple ad variations to support A/B testing across layouts, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creative assets with performance goals.
  • Develop design templates and repeatable frameworks for scalable ad production.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and creative workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience creating B2B ad creatives for digital campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for major digital platforms.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Deep understanding of B2B audience conversion principles and messaging hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Costa Rica, or Mexico and able to work EST hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with performance marketing or demand generation teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animated ads.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services marketing.
  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
