What you will do
- Develop and maintain brand systems including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Design high-quality assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and sales decks.
- Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Design web banners and landing page visuals optimized for mobile and desktop.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate ideas into effective visuals.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining organized libraries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital asset design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to design for social media and paid advertising platforms.
- Must be based in the U.S. and available during U.S. business hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Figma and Canva.
- Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of CTR, engagement, and conversion-focused design principles.
