What you will do

  • Develop and maintain brand systems including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Design high-quality assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and sales decks.
  • Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Design web banners and landing page visuals optimized for mobile and desktop.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate ideas into effective visuals.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining organized libraries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital asset design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Ability to design for social media and paid advertising platforms.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and available during U.S. business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with Figma and Canva.
  • Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Understanding of CTR, engagement, and conversion-focused design principles.
