What you will do

  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct communications effectively.
  • Enter work orders and maintain accurate job status updates.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Research permit and licensing requirements for various projects.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and field staff.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
