TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Key Accounts with an accent on high-volume sourcing and candidate screening. Focus on building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience across multiple European markets.

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: office 2-3 times per week)

A certified B Corporation operating a marketplace app that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers to fight food waste.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for skill set, values, and mission alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide recruitment decisions and strategy.
  • Create and optimize job advertisements for various social media and job board channels.
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of internal and external referrals.
  • Provide data-driven analytical reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes, specifically within Sales.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in direct sourcing.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and KPI-driven environments.
  • Must be based in Madrid and available to work from the office 2-3 times per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting roles specifically in Germany, France, or Spain.
  • Multi-market recruitment experience.
