Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid model: up to 2 days remote per week).

What you will do
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across international markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, integrating AI tools to engage top-tier talent.
- Ensure a flawless and personalized candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS insights and market data to optimize pipelines and provide high-value reporting.
- Lead transversal projects and continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment excellence.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining agency and in-house roles.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets.
- Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is strictly mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and a passion for data-driven recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
