What you will do

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across international markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, integrating AI tools to engage top-tier talent.
• Ensure a flawless and personalized candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS insights and market data to optimize pipelines and provide high-value reporting.
• Lead transversal projects and continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment excellence.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining agency and in-house roles.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets.
• Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is strictly mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and a passion for data-driven recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.

• Fluency in French or other European languages.
