Join SumUp as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner and help scale Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams supporting the company’s Banking & Lending business. You’ll act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers while shaping hiring strategy across Spain and the wider European tech market.

What you’ll be doing:
— Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design roles
— Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring strategy and role prioritization
— Build market maps and develop sustainable sourcing pipelines across Spain’s tech ecosystem
— Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and provide data-driven hiring recommendations
— Represent SumUp within the Barcelona tech community through events and networking initiatives
— Continuously improve hiring processes while delivering an outstanding candidate experience

What they’re looking for:
— Proven experience recruiting Engineering, Product, Data, or Design talent in fast-paced environments
— Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions
— Deep knowledge of the Spanish and broader European tech talent market
— Experience with advanced sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
— Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into hiring strategy
— Fluent English
