Maximo Consultant II (IBM Maximo)

What you will do

• Translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprints, and functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Maximo solutions using workflows and system configurations to develop asset management technical solutions.
• Manage system design workshops, process reengineering, and the creation of project documentation including process maps and data standards.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate data modelling and data collection activities.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Must hold or have previously held UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering Maximo projects across multiple industries.
• Appropriate professional software accreditations (e.g., IBM Maximo certifications).
• Proficiency with databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and programming languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript).

Nice to have

• Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification.
• Experience with Maximo Mobile, Maximo Industry Solutions (ACM, Aviation & Transportation).
• Knowledge of BIRT Report Writing, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), or Maximo Application Framework (MAF).
• Understanding of Cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and Red Hat OpenShift.
