What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for business-critical applications.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of issues throughout the development process to ensure smooth operation.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain high-quality tools and automation processes to support continuous delivery.
• Consult on complex technical solutions and support the implementation of new architectures for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Contribute to engineering excellence by implementing metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement.
• Continuously develop and share knowledge on emerging software engineering trends with the team.

Requirements

• Solid experience with application troubleshooting techniques and software debugging tools.
• Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Must be eligible for security clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal users.

Nice to have

• Certifications or experience in CCNA, Linux (OL & RH), Server Management, AWS, or Project Management.
• ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
