What you will do

• Develop and grow a mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Lead end-to-end program operations, including briefing, contracting, approvals, and payment coordination.
• Design and evolve UGC infrastructure, including creator databases, onboarding flows, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Establish and enforce content quality and compliance standards and brand guardrails across platforms.
• Define KPI frameworks and lead regular performance reviews to shape the program optimization roadmap.
• Coordinate with Influencer, Creator Commerce, and Paid Media teams to integrate creator output into broader strategies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable programs within the French market.
• Hands-on experience with creator platforms like CreatorIQ, Later/Mavrck, or Mavely.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong professional English.
• Must be based in France.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build processes from scratch.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate-adjacent creator models.
• Experience with UGC content designed for paid amplification.
