What you will do
- Develop and grow a mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Lead end-to-end program operations, including briefing, contracting, approvals, and payment coordination.
- Design and evolve UGC infrastructure, including creator databases, onboarding flows, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Establish and enforce content quality and compliance standards and brand guardrails across platforms.
- Define KPI frameworks and lead regular performance reviews to shape the program optimization roadmap.
- Coordinate with Influencer, Creator Commerce, and Paid Media teams to integrate creator output into broader strategies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable programs within the French market.
- Hands-on experience with creator platforms like CreatorIQ, Later/Mavrck, or Mavely.
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong professional English.
- Must be based in France.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to build processes from scratch.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate-adjacent creator models.
- Experience with UGC content designed for paid amplification.
