What you will do

• Lead food trials in the Product Development Centre (PDC), developing plans and protocols together with customers and specialists.
• Manage trial projects, coordinating process specialists and laboratory food analysis.
• Provide technical support and challenge customers with new ideas during the planning and execution of trials.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational development of the Alternative Protein technology platform.
• Build and maintain technical networks through technology scouting and collaboration with academic institutions.
• Drive innovation activities through technology development projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in food technology, food engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in food technology, food properties, or processing technologies within an industrial product development environment.
• Strong knowledge of alternative proteins, nutritionals, and food processing technologies.
• Ability to manage complex technical questions and translate them into practical insights.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Swedish or other languages.
