Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Translate creative designs into detailed 3D CAD models and drawings ready for manufacture.
• Conduct hands-on reviews of furniture prototypes to ensure premium craftsmanship and functionality.
• Carry out structural simulations to rigorously test strength, safety, and durability.
• Manage technical documentation and engineering change processes to maintain data accuracy.
• Analyze existing furniture lines to identify re-engineering opportunities that reduce manufacturing costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience using CAD to create models, run simulations, and produce drawings.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
