What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Pega solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Develop new features and actively contribute to the application codebase.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support the strategic evolution of the application from Theme Cosmos to Pega Constellation.
• Work within a cross-functional BizDevOps environment to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Pega (SSA) or 5+ years (LSA).
• Hands-on experience with Pega Theme Cosmos.
• Solid understanding of Pega Constellation architecture.
• Experience participating in at least one full Pega implementation project.
• Background in the financial sector, specifically within credit or risk domains.
• English: C1 level (excellent spoken and written communication) required.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Pega Constellation migration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and BizDevOps practices.
