Platform Engineer IAM - SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (Fintech)

TL;DR

Platform Engineer IAM (SAP GRC): Designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions within the SAP IDM/GRC product team with an accent on configuration, customization, and integration with modern SAP applications. Focus on analyzing development requirements, leveraging ABAP knowledge, and collaborating in Agile/DevOps teams to optimize secure identity platforms.

Location: Hybrid work in Essen, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Hanover, Würzburg, or Hamburg, Germany. Workation for up to 20 days per year within Europe is possible.

What you will do

• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the SAP IDM/GRC product team.
• Integrate existing SAP IDM/GRC solutions with other corporate applications, focusing on modern SAP applications.
• Analyze development requirements and integrate them into the existing SAP GRC solution based on SAP GRC 12.0.
• Collaborate with and manage external partners.
• Participate in and coordinate Agile Project and DevOps Teams.

Requirements

• Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or similar, or completed IT education with extensive professional experience with SAP GRC.
• Thorough knowledge in the configuration, customization, and workbench of SAP GRC Access Control, Firefighter, Risk Analyses, MSMP Workflow, and BRF+.
• Good knowledge of development language SAP ABAP.
• Experience in implementing GRC solutions in complex corporate environments, focusing on SAP enterprise applications (Cloud and On-Premise).
• Competence in IT protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and REST.
• English: C1 required (fluent).

Nice to have

• Experience in operating an integrated SAP IDM & GRC landscape.
• Knowledge of SAP UI technologies such as Fiori.
