Location: Hybrid role based in Cracow, Poland

Compensation: 14,000–15,500 PLN/month gross (Employment) or 16,000–18,000 PLN/month net (B2B)

What you will do

• Support clients through the full implementation cycle, including initiation, design, build, training, and go-live.
• Analyze customer data to provide actionable recommendations for increasing workflow automation.
• Guide customers on system configuration and industry best practices.
• Educate clients on new features and their business impact.
• Collaborate with a global Professional Services team to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Prior experience with cloud-based or SaaS IT systems.
• Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay.
• Experience as an application consultant or in accounting.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor M3.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Project management skills.
