TL;DR
Consultant – Oracle Finance & ERP Implementation (Oracle ERP): Identifying business processes and implementing Oracle Cloud software solutions with an accent on finance, accounting, and enterprise systems. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle, configuring Oracle ERP/EPM solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Location: Remote (Preference for working UK business hours)
Salary: Middle 80-100 PLN/h, Senior 100-150 PLN/h (+ VAT B2B)

What you will do
- Support the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze business requirements and define effective technical solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Configure and maintain Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM systems to meet financial and operational needs.
- Perform business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into practical solutions for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting functions.
- Experience implementing ERP or EPM solutions as a Key User or Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing stakeholders at a senior level.
- Preference for alignment with UK business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle ERP modules (AFCS, AHCS, GL, FA, AP, AR).
- Experience with Oracle EPM modules (FP&A, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, PBCS).
- Background in Finance, IT, Business Transformation, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience delivering finance transformation or accounting process improvement projects.
