What you will do

• Manage staff expense claim reimbursements, ensuring compliance and initiating payments.
• Issue customer invoices accurately and timely in coordination with the sales team.
• Handle accounts receivable ageing reports and manage collections.
• Process accounts payable, including vendor liaison and payment initiation.
• Support the finance team with journal entries and the monthly closing process.
• Provide taxation support and manage voucher documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Good command of English in both written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and act as a team player.
• Must be based in Beijing.
