What you will do

• Define and implement comprehensive influencer marketing and PR strategies aligned with global brand positioning.
• Lead the execution of paid and earned influencer campaigns, including content supervision and talent coordination.
• Oversee influencer seeding, gifting, and mailer programs to ensure strong brand storytelling.
• Conceptualize and lead global and local press events, masterclasses, and experiential activations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated 360° plans.
• Track and analyze PR performance metrics to refine brand strategy and ensure budget accountability.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications within the beauty, luxury, or fashion sectors.
• Strong understanding of the global beauty ecosystem and social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market campaigns and senior-level stakeholders in an international environment.
• Demonstrated experience in agency management, budget oversight, and complex project delivery.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Paris, France.
