Marketing Student Worker

Location: Paris, onsite; regional events across France, Spain, and Italy

What you will do

• Research and coordinate logistics for regional field events across France, Spain, and Italy.
• Prepare event booths, branded materials, lead capture tools, and pre-event briefings.
• Attend events onsite and coordinate smooth execution during event days.
• Manage localization of marketing content into French, Spanish, and Italian, including briefs, timelines, and reviews.
• Brief regional teams on campaigns, events, and activation plans while supporting digital marketing activities.
• Maintain project plans, asset libraries, and shared trackers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Organized, reliable, and able to flag blockers early and follow projects through to completion.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.
• Curious about B2B marketing, with prior exposure through internships, student projects, freelance work, event coordination, or content work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and social platforms.

Nice to have

• Italian and/or Spanish language skills.
