What you will do
- Own and manage relationships with large agency clients to realize product value and support growth.
- Consult clients on solving business challenges and achieving desired outcomes using data sets.
- Develop and track strategic success plans to document and monitor client goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and support expansion opportunities.
- Analyze usage reports and execute engagement strategies for lapsed users.
- Act as the voice of the customer by channeling feedback to internal product and strategy departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into compelling stories and present with confidence.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building robust internal and external relationships.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a SaaS business or with market research/audience profiling data.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, Mixpanel, or Zendesk.
