What you will do

• Coordinate software demand, sourcing, vendor agreements, and license compliance across third-party software areas.
• Maintain high-quality software asset data and support related service management processes.
• Provide guidance on SaaS, perpetual, and subscription licensing models to recommend suitable business options.
• Use cost-benefit analysis to uncover savings and support license consolidation and optimization.
• Act as the central point of contact for third-party software, providing consultation to end-users and clients.
• Identify and remediate license-related risks to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• Experience in IT consulting, software sales, license sourcing, software procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, procurement processes, and supplier ecosystems.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify risks, and communicate clear insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills for advising stakeholders and clients.
• Working rights for Romania and Fluent/professional English (C1) are required.
