What you will do

• Advise the business on insurance compliance requirements and related controls across the EEA
• Create, assess, and implement compliance policies from scratch
• Review product initiatives and provide timely compliance feedback
• Manage the compliance training programme
• Review and approve marketing communications
• Analyze customer complaints, run compliance monitoring, and perform regulatory horizon scanning; map regulations to controls and remediate gaps

Requirements

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• Expertise with insurance distribution and the FOS business model
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and regulators
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
