What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate fraud alerts and signals from alert systems, customers, and third parties.
• Analyze data to identify emerging fraud trends and new modus operandi.
• Execute preventive measures to minimize the impact of fraud on customers and the organization.
• Collaborate with internal entities to optimize processes and build group standards for fraud prevention.
• Operate within established procedures to ensure consistent and effective fraud handling.

Requirements

• English: B2 level (speaking and writing) required.
• Ready to work 24/7 shifts in hybrid mode in Katowice.
• Basic knowledge of cybercrime threats such as phishing, malware, and social engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in operational work and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
