TL;DR
Data Analyst (E-commerce): Developing analytics dashboards and data pipelines to optimize merchant KPIs with an accent on user behavior research and actionable insights. Location: Worldwide Remote
Salary: $7,500 – $10,000 / month net

What you will do
- Enhance dashboard experiences for merchandisers by building analytics that provide actionable insights to improve e-commerce KPIs.
- Perform deep data exploration and research on user behavior to drive product innovation.
- Implement end-to-end data pipelines to support real-time analytics for essential business metrics.
- Participate in product research and development, iterating through prototypes and customer interviews.
- Develop and maintain communication tools to report business performance at a cross-functional level.
Requirements
- Proficiency in BI tools for both data analysis and building dashboards for technical and non-technical users.
- Strong SQL skills and experience in exploratory data analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries).
- Practical familiarity with the big data stack, specifically Spark, Hive, and Databricks.
- Solid understanding of mathematical statistics.
- Ability to translate complex business requests into technical language and vice versa.
- Experience with the following stack: PySpark, ClickHouse, Cube.js, Docker, and Git.
