TL;DR

Architect (UK Planning): Producing detailed planning drawings, floor plans, and elevation layouts for UK-based projects with an accent on UK building codes and spatial optimization. Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Central Luzon, Central Visayas, or Davao Region) and available to work 9 AM – 5 PM UK Time.

What you will do

• Create proposed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Maximize space efficiency while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Communicate with UK-based clients via email and virtual meetings.
• Ensure compliance with UK planning regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and visualizations for client presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants for integrated design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural planning and elevation layout.
• Demonstrated experience working with UK clients or firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning policies, and space standards.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UK-based projects.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or licensure in Architecture.
• Experience with BIM modeling and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with UK planning application processes.
• Ability to produce 3D models and interior visualizations.
