What you will do

• Design the new in-house global operating system architecture.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business strategy.
• Define end-to-end system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and infrastructure integrity.
• Drive long-term technology planning and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Partner with business leaders and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and architects on design patterns, coding standards, and integration approaches.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or listed European countries.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• 4+ years of strong software development background across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Proven experience in system architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
