Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 plus 10% discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end household claims, including complex and high-value cases.
• Interpret policy wordings and exclusions to determine coverage and liability.
• Produce and assess technical Schedules of Works and quantum reports from third-party experts.
• Draft detailed technical reports and settlement recommendations.
• Investigate and escalate potentially fraudulent claims.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider claims team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ Desktop Loss Adjusting experience.
• Proven experience in household claims (Buildings and Contents) across all perils.
• Experience handling claims involving contractor/building repair networks.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies and proficiency in case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy when engaging with customers.
• Right to work in the UK: Minimum 1 year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
