IT & Security Manager

Location: Hybrid setup with regular attendance at the Prague office

What you will do

• Lead and develop a small Internal IT team of two people.
• Own the Internal IT agenda, priorities, roadmap, operating rhythm, and scope.
• Improve request handling, prioritization, documentation, support processes, and follow-through.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and collaborate on SaaS tooling, access management, onboarding and offboarding, device management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Clarify ownership boundaries and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering.
• Support internal security and compliance readiness through clear processes, documentation, ownership, and audit evidence collection.

Requirements

• Experience leading or owning an internal IT, workplace technology, IT operations, or similar function.
• People management experience, preferably with direct reports.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience and understanding of access management, SaaS administration, internal IT operations, and IT service processes.
• Ability to build structure in a broad or ambiguous environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and attend the Prague office regularly.
• Experience supporting internal or company security audits and compliance processes, ideally including ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

Nice to have

• Experience with Torii or similar SaaS management platforms.
• Experience with Jira/JSM, Slack, Atlassian administration, Bitwarden, GitHub/GitLab, Zoom, Intune, or Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with endpoint compliance, device lifecycle management, IT budgets, SaaS costs, licenses, vendors, or asset lifecycle.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience building request intake, prioritization, documentation, or IT service management processes.
