- Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to enhance both technical and commercial capabilities.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients and collaborate with R&D and operations for tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior commercial management within mining, rail, energy, or heavy machinery industries.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and data-driven financial decision-making.
- Fluency in English for communication within a global company environment.
- Must be based in Suzhou, China.
