What you will do

• Onboard high-net-worth individuals throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Identify client requirements and provide solutions-based advisory for private banking services.
• Drive growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
• Provide tailored financial advice on deposits, savings, and investments.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend optimizations based on evolving goals.
• Meet and exceed relationship management targets aligned with team objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
• CISI Level 4 IAD or CFA Level 1 plus IMC Level 4 certification.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-value client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset for conducting thorough financial analyses.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent.
