Business Project/Program Manager

What you will do

• Run government incentive processes (R&D super deduction) to improve site structural cost in a sustainable manner.
• Establish and maintain site business matrix to drive strategic engagement internally and externally (e.g., assets management).
• Work with Finance to oversee site compliance and risk management to maintain the lowest risk level.
• Manage cross-functional projects/programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain schedules, assess dependencies, and apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress, identify/mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and communicate status, milestones, and risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in project and/or program management with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree, or 4+ years with a PhD).
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven expertise in risk management, stakeholder management, and project/program scheduling.
• Strong ability to monitor, evaluate, and communicate progress and outcomes to diverse audiences.
• Technical knowledge of regulatory compliance and vendor management processes.
• Location: on-site presence in PRC, Chengdu.

Nice to have

• Finance working experience; semiconductor factory experience preferred.
• Operational knowledge/background about Assy Test Manufacturing.
• Experience in assets management and duty-free controls processes and guidelines.
• Advanced problem-solving and proactive risk/challenge mitigation.
