What you will do

• Lead the credit capital markets function within the Credit department and establish a dedicated team.
• Oversee funding roadshows and manage strategic communications with investors.
• Identify new funding sources outside traditional channels, including insurers and pension funds.
• Manage the full deal pipeline, including documentation structuring and negotiations.
• Determine the most efficient funding sources for retail, SME, and commercial lending asset classes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing credit portfolio funding for a global bank.
• Expertise in retail, SME, and commercial lending segments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep understanding of capital and regulatory requirements regarding structured finance.
• Ability to build structured finance cashflow models and rating estimations from scratch.
• Proven experience leading investor relations activities and roadshows.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain.
