Location: Remote from France, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or UK, or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, or Paris.

Salary: PLN 11,000 - 13,700 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts from SMB to enterprise across the UK and Europe.
• Conduct analytical assessments and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities for existing products.
• Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business features relative to the competitive landscape.
• Nurture and retain assigned accounts to ensure long-term customer success.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with team KPIs.

Requirements

• English: Fluency required.
• 4+ years of sales or commercial experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities.
• Experience in pricing strategies and stakeholder negotiation.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional language.
• Experience with APIs, embedded finance, or card issuing.
