What you will do

• Design and develop High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documents for OT cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Perform OT cybersecurity gap and risk assessments in accordance with IEC 62443 and NIST standards.
• Oversee physical installation, cable routing, and integration of network and security devices in substations.
• Validate engineering drawings, including SLDs, panel layouts, and wiring schedules.
• Lead FAT/SAT preparation, execution, and final commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs and customer operations to manage site access and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• 7–12 years of experience in cyber infrastructure, OT infrastructure, or electrical-telecom execution in utility or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecom, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven track record in brownfield site implementation, including cabling, panel builds, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems, method statements, and UAE utility HSE expectations.
• At least one relevant certification: ISA 62443, GICSP, or CISSP.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center infrastructure (rack/cabling/network build) supporting cyber platforms.
