Our client operates as a retail crypto on/off-ramp platform, enabling users to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrencies in over 180 countries. They support transactions using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local payment methods. The platform facilitates fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversions, as well as crypto-to-crypto swaps.

✔ Requirements:

- At least 5+ years of senior AML, compliance experience in regulated crypto or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of EU AML/CFT regulatory frameworks such as AMLD5/AMLR, MiCA, and others.
- Proven experience in developing compliance processes and leading regulatory projects.
- Experience managing compliance staff and acting as a deputy to senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools like Chainalysis or Elliptic.
- Languages: English.
- Experience in fintech.
