What you will do

• Ensure the quality, structure, and governance of Customer Master Data on a global scale.
• Lead alignment between the Value Stream, Process Office, and IT teams regarding data priorities and responsibilities.
• Develop and manage reporting metrics to continuously improve data quality.
• Own and manage workflows related to customer data creation and maintenance.
• Support audits and ensure strong process controls, particularly within Export Control.
• Validate and advise on data implications for business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working with Master Data, specifically Customer Master Data.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, order management, or finance.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, IT, and process organizations.
• Experience in defining structure, governance, and scalable ways of working.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
