What you will do

  • Define and maintain SUMS processes across the product lifecycle.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical and auditable ways of working.
  • Ensure compliance with UNECE R156, ISO 24089, and other relevant standards.
  • Define roles, KPIs, governance, and process interfaces.
  • Support audits, reviews, and execute corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements based on new requirements and findings.

Requirements

  • Experience in process development, system engineering, or automotive software.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex technical topics.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of UNECE R156, ISO 24089 or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with SUMS, CSMS, or general regulatory compliance.
  • Understanding of embedded software, OTA updates, or ECU systems.
  • Experience with quality management systems or conducting audits.
