What you will do

• Provide effective oversight of 1LoD FinCrime and collaborate with regional MLRO teams.
• Maintain and update regulatory compliance and financial crime policies.
• Advise on the identification, remediation, and resolution of regulatory risk incidents.
• Support product launches by ensuring regulatory compliance and control effectiveness.
• Monitor dashboards to identify areas falling outside risk appetite.
• Prepare responses to ad hoc regulatory requests and maintain high reporting standards.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial crime, or legal services within financial institutions.
• Expertise in retail and business compliance, including AML, CTF, sanctions, KYC, and transaction monitoring.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze data and compliance processes to make actionable recommendations.
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
