Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) — based in the Dublin office 2-3 days a week
Salary: €66,100 - €80,500 + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Manage the Europe Board and its committees, including meeting logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, handling filings with the CRO and maintaining corporate registers.
- Establish and maintain governance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders and support the induction of new board members.
- Manage KYC corporate information documentation and respond to third-party requests.
Requirements
- Qualified company secretary (ACG or equivalent) with experience in Irish company secretarial tasks.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (hybrid model).
- Demonstrable knowledge of corporate governance principles and financial regulations (e.g., CBI requirements).
- Experience managing the end-to-end Board support process and producing high-quality technical minutes.
- Confident communicator capable of engaging with the Board and Executive Committee.

- Experience gained in financial services or a regulated environment.
