What you will do

• Manage testing equipment, including upgrades, in-house development, and TPM maintenance planning.
• Perform functional and circuit-level troubleshooting and repair for test abnormalities.
• Lead the introduction, validation, and acceptance of external testing equipment.
• Design and build custom testing equipment to meet specific production requirements.
• Review and validate testing resources for new products in cooperation with R&D teams.
• Assign daily tasks and support skill development for technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
• Solid foundation in analog electronics, circuits, and electrical principles.
• Strong logical thinking and basic knowledge of digital electronics and programming.
• Ability to follow work arrangements and respond promptly to technical issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in circuit design or white-box testing.
• Previous development or maintenance experience in the power supply industry.
