What you will do

• Refresh brand identity and differentiate the VA Data Modernization initiative from competitors.
• Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans, including internal and external messaging.
• Translate complex technical concepts like data governance and platform capabilities into clear narratives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and PMO to ensure consistent positioning.
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, and stakeholder engagement decks for executive leadership.
• Analyze campaign data to report on performance and continuously improve communication strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 12 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks for enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for senior executive audiences.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation efforts and change management messaging.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in federal or VA-focused marketing and government program communication norms.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition language and strategic planning.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile/SAFe certifications.
• Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPRC, or Digital Marketing Professional.
