Salary: $140,125 - $173,250

What you will do
- Lead the development of content and storytelling programs to strengthen market perception for the Digital Experience portfolio.
- Create high-impact thought leadership, customer stories, blogs, webinars, and videos.
- Build and scale community and advocacy programs that empower customers and practitioners to become brand advocates.
- Develop and manage relationships with industry influencers and media to expand credibility and visibility.
- Strategize for the AI era by optimizing content for AI-powered discovery and emerging search behaviors.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into narratives for decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (CST or EST preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in content, community, advocacy, influencer, or product marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills for complex technology concepts.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or digital experience markets.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Practical experience or strong willingness to adopt AI-powered tools for content efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven content strategy and search visibility.
- Background in supporting integrated go-to-market (GTM) programs.
- Familiarity with community-led growth and creator marketing.
- Experience with CMS and developer-focused technologies.
