What you will do

• Design and develop security automations to support new technology rollouts.
• Build and refine agentic and AI-based workflows for security policy enforcement.
• Generate data-driven insights to advocate for improved security interventions.
• Perform rapid prototyping and scale security solutions across hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with security researchers and product engineers on design reviews.
• Mentor team members and set technical direction for security automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cambridge, England
• Expert proficiency in Python, Swift, C, C++, or Objective-C.
• Deep understanding of OS security fundamentals, mitigation techniques, and vulnerability classes.
• Hands-on experience building and refining agentic or LLM-based coding tools.
• Strong knowledge of secure SDLC and security engineering principles.
• Ability to independently verify or refute technical findings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global platform security architectures (iOS, macOS).
• Experience with observability tools and techniques.
• Ability to build visualizations for complex technical information.
• Understanding of offensive security tooling or binary analysis workflows.
