What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production payroll for Mexico and support activities across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.
• Validate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, overtime, and union payments to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure strict compliance with Mexico labor laws, tax regulations, and union agreements.
• Partner with HR and Finance to manage employee changes, leaves, and terminations impacting payroll.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on filings, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies by partnering with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on Mexico payroll.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong familiarity with Mexico labor laws, social security, and wage and hour rules.
• Experience with payroll vendors, timekeeping systems, and platforms like ADP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Mexico.

• Working knowledge of payroll practices in Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
