Salary: $92,000 - $150,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Execute global payroll operational duties for domestic and international employees.
  • Design scalable, efficient payroll processes with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation.
  • Own payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations, month-end close, and related journal entries.
  • Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and accounting for payroll transactions, including audit support.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings; address payroll-related queries.

Requirements

  • Payroll operational experience in a high-growth company.
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other HRIS solutions, including system implementation and design.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end processes at scale.
  • Stakeholder and vendor management experience.
  • Must be based in the United States (including remote US).

  • AI familiarity.
