Salary: $92,000 - $150,000 (base)

What you will do
- Execute global payroll operational duties for domestic and international employees.
- Design scalable, efficient payroll processes with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation.
- Own payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, month-end close, and related journal entries.
- Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and accounting for payroll transactions, including audit support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings; address payroll-related queries.
Requirements
- Payroll operational experience in a high-growth company.
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other HRIS solutions, including system implementation and design.
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end processes at scale.
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Must be based in the United States (including remote US).
