Salary: $116,000–$155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead high-impact customer discovery initiatives to refine value propositions and product fit.
• Drive prioritization at a portfolio level, aligning efforts with overall business and product strategy.
• Establish advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks to measure success across multiple product dimensions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and data scientists to validate solutions and translate needs into detailed epics.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to enhancing product management frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile planning methods and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic approach to negotiation and relationship management.
• Strategic mindset with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
